Train students for practical viva components using CBSE guidelines and IIT norms.
Maintain records of student progress in a simple spreadsheet shared with parents every month.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to explain physics road-maps and resource needs.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Physics with minimum 3 years of teaching experience in grades XI-XII. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not insisted.
