Role Summary
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Narnaul is urgently looking for a talented Biology Teacher to join its faculty, with immediate joining preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a difference in the lives of students in Mahendragarh, Haryana. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Biology to students following the National Defence Academy (NDA) curriculum.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Biology, aligned with the NDA curriculum, to cater to the needs of students.
- Conduct classes for Biology, using a variety of teaching methods to promote student understanding and interest.
- Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Prepare and distribute study materials, worksheets, and assignments for Biology classes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participate in school events, seminars, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance in Biology classes.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and provide updates on student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Biology (or a related field) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Haryana.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.50,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates. The salary will be paid on a monthly basis, providing a stable and secure financial environment for the candidate.
