Differentiate instruction using simplified notes in Hindi for weaker students and advanced problems for advanced learners. Organize monthly mock tests simulating NEET exam conditions and discuss solutions in class.
Prepare visual aids like charts on cell structure or human physiology to support visual learners. Encourage peer learning by forming small study groups for NEET Biology revision.
Monitor progress of each learner using simple registers and give feedback to parents during PTMs. Collaborate with Chemistry and Physics teachers to integrate concepts where relevant.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Botany, Zoology, or Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution with Biology as one of the teaching subjects.
