Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in NEET Biology, aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and understanding
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and encourages student participation
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students who require extra help or need additional challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student success
- Stay up-to-date with developments in NEET Biology and incorporate relevant teaching strategies and materials into your lessons
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns they may have
- Participate in school events and activities that promote the academic and personal development of students
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive curriculum for NEET Biology that meets the needs of our students and prepares them for the exam
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and well-resourced classroom that promotes student learning and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed. in Biology or a related field
- CTET/TET certification is preferred but not compulsory
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of NEET Biology curriculum and assessment requirements
- Proven teaching experience in a school setting, with a focus on Biology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development of a comprehensive curriculum
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with educational technology and online resources
