Job Overview:

Your Students:
You will be responsible for 30-35 students per class, teaching them the intricacies of Chemistry through engaging lectures, practical experiments, and assessment. Our students are eager to learn and will benefit from your expertise and dedication.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of our students, incorporating NEET-specific content and study materials.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Engage in classroom discussions, clarify doubts, and promote critical thinking among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Organize extracurricular activities, such as science fairs and workshops, to foster a love for Chemistry among students.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Chemistry and NEET syllabus to ensure relevance and accuracy in teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, respecting the diversity of our student community.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events that promote academic excellence and student well-being.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the NEET Chemistry syllabus and curriculum.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience teaching Chemistry to students of various backgrounds and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with digital resources and educational technology.
Salary and Benefits:
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.85,000 - Rs.120,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the candidate will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional development.
