About This Role
As a seasoned and experienced NEET Zoology Teacher at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Narnaul, you will be leading the Zoology department in our school, guiding students to excel in the NEET exams. With a strong background in education, you will be responsible for shaping the curriculum and teaching strategies to ensure our students achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the Zoology curriculum for NEET exam preparation.
- Teach NEET Zoology subjects to classes 11 and 12, ensuring students grasp complex concepts.
- Prepare students for board exams, focusing on NEET-specific topics and question types.
- Assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to improve their NEET exam preparation.
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop inter-disciplinary learning approaches.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and field trips to enhance student learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain a library of NEET study materials, including notes, practice tests, and sample papers.
- Contribute to the development of the school's teaching and learning policies.
- Mentor junior teachers and staff members to enhance their teaching skills.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Zoology or a relevant field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
