About This Role
The Vedanta International School, Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Haryana invites applications for a senior-level NTT Hindi Teacher or potential Head of Department position. Day-to-Day Duties
* Develop and implement engaging Hindi curricula for students from Class 6 to Class 10
* Lead and mentor junior NTT Hindi Teachers, providing guidance on lesson planning and delivery
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
* Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups to promote Hindi language and literature
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the decision-making process on departmental and school-wide issues
* Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and academic achievement
* Lead and participate in school-wide events and activities, promoting Hindi language and culture
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievements
* Contribute to the development of departmental budgets and resource allocation
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi or a related subject
* At least 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the primary or secondary level
* NET or SET in Hindi or a related subject (preferred)
