Responsibilities
The PRT Mathematics Teacher will deliver engaging mathematics lessons to classes in Narnaul, Mahendragarh. You will prepare daily lesson plans that align with the school’s academic goals and ensure smooth progression across topics. Designing formative and summative assessments forms a core part of the role, enabling accurate measurement of student understanding. Regular tracking of each student’s progress will help identify learning gaps and guide remedial actions. Collaboration with senior staff to align teaching strategies with overall curriculum objectives is expected.
Key Duties
- Create and update lesson plans that cater to diverse learning abilities while meeting the school’s standards.
- Develop quizzes, tests, and project work that assess conceptual clarity and problem‑solving skills.
- Maintain records of student performance, analyze trends, and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, contribute ideas for curriculum enhancement, and support co‑teachers when needed.
- Uphold discipline, promote a positive classroom environment, and encourage analytical thinking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory; TET/CTET certification is preferred.
- Minimum two years of full‑time teaching experience in mathematics at the school level.
- Demonstrated ability to plan lessons, design assessments, and monitor student progress effectively.
Salary & Benefits
The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.12,000 – Rs.20,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include statutory contributions, transport allowance, and professional development opportunities.
