- Developing and implementing the Chemistry curriculum, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines
- Mentoring junior teachers and staff to enhance their instructional skills
- Analyzing board results and implementing data-driven interventions to improve student performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects
- Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
- Participating in school events and activities, including science fairs and competitions
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Post-Graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.)
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications in Chemistry
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment guidelines
