Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Nangal Chaudhary is seeking a senior Mathematics department role to lead our TGT Mathematics team in Mahendragarh, Haryana. Key Responsibilities
As a TGT Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Mathematics curriculum for classes 6 to 12.
- Mentoring junior staff members to improve their teaching skills.
- Analyzing board results to identify areas of improvement.
- Conducting regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Participating in school-level committees to make decisions on academic policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Mathematics with other subjects.
- Developing and conducting workshops for teachers on Mathematics pedagogy.
- Creating and implementing schemes to improve student engagement in Mathematics.
- Representing the school in Mathematics-related events and competitions.
- Maintaining records of student progress and departmental activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, with at least 3 years of experience as a TGT Mathematics Teacher. NET or SET qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
