Day-to-Day Duties
1. Design and implement engaging Physical Education lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
2. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a sense of belonging among students.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
5. Develop and maintain a safe and organized Physical Education space.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
8. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in Physical Education.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for teaching positions.
* TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
* At least 3 years of experience in teaching Physical Education.
Preferred Skills
* Inclusive pedagogy and teaching methods that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to engage students and colleagues.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, along with other benefits as per school policy.
