About This Role
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Nangal Chaudhary invites applications for the post of TGT Physical Education Teacher to join our school in Mahendragarh, Haryana. How You Will Teach
As a TGT Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering physical education lessons to students in grades K-12. You will use a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, group activities, and one-on-one instruction, to engage students and promote physical fitness. You will also use our school's sports facilities, such as the playground, gymnasium, and swimming pool, to provide students with hands-on experience in various sports and physical activities.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver physical education lessons to students in grades K-12.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the physical education curriculum requirements.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, group activities, and one-on-one instruction, to engage students and promote physical fitness.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects that integrate physical education with other subjects.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the physical education program.
- Coordinate with sports teams and coaches to ensure smooth execution of sports activities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for sports and physical activities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sports facilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, such as B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also required for teaching positions. Preference will be given to candidates who have a TET/CTET certification.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical education curriculum and standards.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and interactive physical education lessons.
- Experience in coaching or leading sports teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of different ages and abilities.
- Familiarity with sports equipment and facilities management.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.43,000 per month, along with other benefits as per the school's policies.
