What You Will Do
Plan and conduct daily Physical Education periods for TGT sections with age-appropriate drills and modified games that suit local space constraints. Organize inter-house tournaments in kho-kho, volleyball, and athletics every term to give every child a chance to represent their house.
Prepare students for district-level competitions conducted by the Haryana School Sports Council and guide promising athletes for state representation. Integrate yoga and breathing exercises in morning assemblies to reduce exam stress among middle-school learners.
Maintain inventory of sports equipment, report damages, and suggest budget-friendly replacements to keep facilities ready year-round. Coordinate with class teachers to track participation and suggest improvements for students who need extra encouragement.
Eligibility Criteria
Post-graduate degree in Physical Education from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with Physical Education as a teaching subject.
Three years of full-time teaching experience in a school setting handling middle-school classes. CTET or Haryana TET is desirable but not mandatory for this Physical Education Teacher Recruitment in Haryana.
