2. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents on a regular basis.
3. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement from students.
4. Use a range of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, group work, and project-based learning, to cater to the diverse needs of students.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events, such as literary festivals and language competitions.
6. Develop and maintain a well-organized and well-resourced classroom environment that supports student learning.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.
8. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to English language teaching.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Com) or a relevant subject. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is essential for this position. Prior experience as a TGT English Teacher in a school setting is also preferred.
