The Career Counsellor at Vidya Vatika World School leads the strategic planning of student guidance programs. 1. Design and implement a comprehensive career counseling framework aligned with national standards.

4. Manage a team of counselors, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews.

8. Prepare monthly reports for senior management on counseling outcomes and future needs.
Eligibility Criteria
A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a counseling or student services role is mandatory. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not mandatory for this non‑teaching position, but candidates with a background in education administration are preferred. TET/CTET certification is not required.
