Plan and conduct engaging EVS lessons covering topics like ecology, sustainability, and local biodiversity, ensuring hands-on experiments and field visits. Prepare and deliver lesson plans that blend theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, adapting content to meet diverse student learning needs. Organize school-wide environmental awareness campaigns, including tree planting drives and waste management initiatives, to instill eco-conscious habits. Collaborate with teachers to integrate EVS concepts into cross-subject learning, such as science and social studies. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and participation in EVS activities, ensuring compliance with school policies. Ensure classroom safety and equipment maintenance while encouraging students to explore environmental issues responsibly.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or environmental studies, is mandatory for this NTT Evs Teacher position.
