Hindi (NTT) Vacancy in Panipat, Haryana
D R MEMORIAL PUBLIC SCHOOL
Job Description
Job Overview
D R Memorial Public School is committed to making sure every learner in Panipat finds a place in the classroom and a voice in the lesson. The NTT Hindi Teacher will join a team that treats inclusion as a daily practice, not just a policy.
Who You Will Teach
Children in the Nursery to Upper Kindergarten levels come from varied home backgrounds across Panipat. Some are first-generation learners, others speak dialects at home. The classroom mix demands a teacher who can build confidence in spoken Hindi while gently guiding them toward written fluency.
What You Will Do
Create simple, picture-rich lesson plans that turn nursery rhymes into early word banks.
Use flash cards, charts, and local Panipat objects to connect Hindi letters with daily life.
Plan 15-minute activity blocks so restless learners stay engaged without losing focus.
Keep a small anecdotal record of each child’s progress—one line per week is enough.
Pair stronger speakers with quieter peers during circle time to encourage peer learning.
Organise Hindi rhyme recitals every Friday where every child gets a turn, however short.
Prepare low-cost teaching aids from recycled materials found in Panipat markets.
Attend fortnightly curriculum review meetings at D R Memorial Public School to adjust plans.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Prior experience of teaching Hindi to pre-primary learners preferred.
Familiarity with local dialect variations in Haryana helpful but not mandatory.
Skills We Value
Patience to repeat the same phrase twenty times without frustration.
Clear, slow Hindi pronunciation that small ears can catch in a noisy classroom.
Ability to spot a shy child’s gesture and draw them into the next activity.
Willingness to carry a bag of props from bus stop to classroom every day.
Perks and Pay
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.12,000 to Rs.25,000 based on experience and interview.
In-house training in inclusive teaching once a month at D R Memorial Public School.
Free school transport for teachers within Panipat city limits.
