Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive Banking and Insurance curriculum for classes XI‑XII, incorporating real‑world case studies and current market trends. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessments that align with NCERT and CBSE guidelines. Conduct periodic revision sessions, mock tests and career guidance workshops for students interested in finance sectors. Maintain classroom discipline, evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback to parents and school management. Participate in school events, inter‑school competitions and faculty development programmes at Dr. M.k.k Arya Model School.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Banking, Insurance, Finance or related field. Must possess B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET qualification is preferred. Candidates should have a clear understanding of banking operations, insurance policies, regulatory frameworks and financial planning concepts.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Banking and Insurance at the senior secondary level. Prior experience in a school environment, preferably in Haryana, will be advantageous.
Salary
Rs.40,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
