About This Role
As a senior member of the Fine Arts department at Piet Sanskriti School Ansals, you will be expected to take on a leadership role and contribute to shaping the curriculum and instructional strategies for our students. As a PGT Fine Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a range of Fine Arts subjects to students from Class X to XII.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Fine Arts curriculum for classes X to XII, aligning with the school's educational goals and standards.
- Teach Fine Arts subjects, including painting, sculpture, and music, to students in classes X to XII.
- Mentor and guide junior Fine Arts staff members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement a cohesive and effective curriculum for students in classes X to XII.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders as required.
- Analyze and interpret Fine Arts examination results to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for students in the Fine Arts department.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, including art exhibitions and cultural festivals.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Fine Arts from a recognized university, such as an M.A. or M.F.A. degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, preferably in a school setting. A B.Ed degree is also required, with a TET or CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
