About This Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Hindi Teacher to join our faculty at D R Memorial Public School in Panipat, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students at the senior secondary level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Hindi literature and be able to create engaging lesson plans.
What You Will Do
1. Teach Hindi to students at the senior secondary level, using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their performance.
4. Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
6. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
7. Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records.
8. Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student learning.
9. Attend staff meetings and contribute to school-wide discussions.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or related subject
- CTET/ TET certification (not mandatory but preferred)
- 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary school
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Hindi to students at the senior secondary level
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Hindi literature and language
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Effective classroom management skills
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Familiarity with technology and educational software
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
