Job Overview

D R Memorial Public School in Panipat, Haryana seeks a full-time PRT English Teacher to join our team of experienced educators. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students from classes VI to X. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong passion for teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver English language and literature lessons to students from classes VI to X
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
3. Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
4. Maintain a well-organized and student-centered learning environment
5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development initiatives
6. Communicate with parents and guardians through regular progress reports
7. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver interdisciplinary projects
8. Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Academic Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- 2 years of experience in teaching English language and literature
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

- TET or CTET certification
- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
