Mentor PRT English teachers by sharing best practices and conducting demonstration lessons. Analyze board exam trends and adjust teaching strategies to improve overall performance. Ensure timely completion of syllabus while maintaining a balance between grammar, literature, and creative writing.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in English or related field with a B.Ed degree from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English at the primary or middle school level. Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET certification.
Familiarity with CBSE English curriculum and assessment patterns is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team of teachers are required. Candidates with prior experience in curriculum development will be prioritized.
