Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a graduate degree in any discipline. Possess a valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate, though not mandatory for this role. Experience teaching Hindi or related subjects for at least two years is preferred. Demonstrate strong communication skills in Hindi and the ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse student backgrounds. Familiarity with modern educational tools and digital platforms for language learning is a plus.
Compensation
