Key Responsibilities

- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on teaching methodologies, classroom management, and assessment techniques.
- Collaborate with other TGTs to integrate English with other subjects and promote holistic learning.
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, such as extracurricular activities, events, and parental engagement programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Contribute to school-wide policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with CBSE regulations and Piet Sanskriti School Ansals' values.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in English or a related field (M.A./M.Com) from a recognized university.
- Post-graduate qualification in Education (B.Ed/D.El.Ed) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching English in a school setting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with UGC-NET/SET or other national-level teaching certifications.
- Prior experience as a TGT English Teacher or Head of Department in a school setting is desirable.
