Qualifications
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education highly preferred. A TET or CTET certificate will be an added advantage, demonstrating your eligibility to teach in government and private schools. A strong background in sports science or related fields would be beneficial.
Experience
Four years of relevant teaching experience, particularly in Physical Education, is essential. Experience in managing diverse student groups, adapting lessons for different skill levels, and promoting a positive sports culture is a must. Knowledge of school curricula and ability to integrate sports with academic learning will be valued.
