Classroom Profile
The successful candidate will be teaching Physics to students of classes XI and XII, preparing them for the IIT JEE and other competitive exams. The class strength is approximately 40 students, with a mix of bright and average performers. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering a love for Physics among the students.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans to stimulate student interest in Physics, adhering to the NCERT syllabus and IIT JEE preparation guidelines
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Use multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience, making it more interactive and engaging
- Provide individual attention to students who require extra support, ensuring they grasp complex concepts
- Organize and supervise science experiments, encouraging students to participate and learn through hands-on experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects, promoting a holistic understanding of Physics
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results
- Participate in professional development programs to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and Physics curriculum
Required Qualifications
We are seeking a post-graduate degree holder in Physics from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this teaching position. TET/CTET qualifications are preferred but not essential.
