* Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods and resources
* Providing individualized support to students who require additional help
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop the school's Physics curriculum
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and assessment results
* Participating in school events and activities that promote Physics and STEM education
* Contributing to the development of the school's Physics department
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field
* A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching Physics to students from classes VI to XII
* A strong understanding of Physics concepts and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience with laboratory equipment and safety procedures
* Familiarity with digital tools and resources for teaching Physics
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to contribute to the school's Physics department and participate in professional development opportunities
