Role Summary
Rps Public School Dharuhera invites applications for a senior Chemistry teaching role that blends hands-on lab instruction with department leadership. Key Responsibilities

Mentor newly joined Chemistry teachers and lab assistants, conduct demonstration classes, and provide constructive feedback on their teaching methods. Analyze board examination trends and recommend curriculum adjustments to improve student outcomes in Chemistry.
Represent the school in inter-school Chemistry fairs, Olympiads, and science exhibitions, leading student teams and showcasing projects developed in the Rps Public School Dharuhera lab. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all lab sessions and document any incidents for the school’s risk management records.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Chemistry with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in a secondary or senior secondary school. B.Ed degree is mandatory; CTET or TET qualification will be an added advantage during selection.
