Role Summary

What You Will Do
Plan weekly English sessions aligned with NDA syllabus demands and school timelines
Conduct interactive lessons on précis writing, grammar drills, and vocabulary building
Assess student progress through regular mock tests and feedback sessions
Collaborate with senior faculty to refine question banks for NDA English sections
Organize inter-house declamation and essay competitions to hone public speaking
Guide students on time management during practice papers
Coordinate with parents during PTMs to discuss academic and motivational needs
Contribute to monthly English newsletters highlighting student achievements
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in English from a recognized university
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
