What You Will Do
Create daily phonics games that fit a 30-minute slot without losing the fun.
Write simple rhymes and chants that children can repeat by heart within a week.
Design picture cards and flash cards that match the vocabulary list from the NTT curriculum.
Conduct circle-time activities where every child gets a turn to speak a sentence.
Use local themes—monsoons, festivals, village animals—to make words memorable.
Maintain a daily log of words introduced and children who used them confidently.
Collaborate with the NTT team to align songs and stories across sections.
Attend fortnightly curriculum reviews where you share what worked in Kosli classrooms.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; distance mode accepted.
Prior teaching experience of at least 3 years in Nursery or Kindergarten.
Familiarity with NTT English syllabus and age-appropriate teaching aids preferred.
