What You Will Do

3. Conduct morning circle time and phonics sessions in Hindi.
4. Use flashcards, puppets, and visual aids to reinforce vocabulary and sentence formation.
5. Assess student progress through informal observations and simple worksheets.
6. Collaborate with senior Hindi teachers to plan monthly themes and festivals like Diwali or Holi.
7. Organize small group activities to encourage peer learning and confidence in speaking Hindi.
8. Maintain daily attendance and send home simple Hindi practice notes to parents.
9. Participate in school events such as annual day or sports day with Hindi-related performances.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in nursery or kindergarten.
- Fluency in Hindi with clear pronunciation and writing skills.
- Experience in early childhood teaching in a school environment.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET qualified.
- Certification in Montessori or play-way method.
- Familiarity with CBSE or state board early education frameworks.
- Exposure to digital teaching aids like smart boards or tablets.
- Knowledge of local Haryanvi or Rajasthani Hindi dialects for better relatability.
