Role Summary
Rps International School Dharuhera invites applications for the post of PGT English Teacher in Rewari, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students of classes 9-12.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver lessons to classes 9-12 in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress
- Develop and maintain student records, including progress reports and academic reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language learning programs
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and performance
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events
- Conduct extracurricular activities such as debates, quizzes, and literary events
- Develop and maintain a learning environment that is conducive to teaching and learning
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, syllabi, and examination formats
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Com) from a recognized university
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- CTET or TET qualification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching in a school setting
- Knowledge of curriculum and syllabi for classes 9-12
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
