About This Role
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Rewari, a premier educational institution in Rewari, Haryana, seeks a highly qualified and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students at the Senior Secondary level and will be required to participate in various school activities. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Prepare and deliver lessons in Physics to students at the Senior Secondary level.
2. Develop and implement effective teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
4. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement the school's curriculum.
7. Supervise students during recess and other school activities.
8. Participate in extracurricular activities such as quiz competitions and science fairs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc., M.A., or M.Phil. in Physics).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in Physics or a related field.
- Valid TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Physics at the Senior Secondary level.
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
