Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of English language, grammar, and literature is essential. Ability to use educational technology and digital resources for teaching is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school environment. Proven ability to manage a classroom, design engaging lessons, and support diverse learners. Experience with PRT roles and collaborative teaching is highly valued.
Compensation
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include performance‑based incentives and professional development opportunities.
