About This Role
Rps Public School | Kosli invites applications for a full-time PRT Physical Education Teacher vacancy in Rewari. The role requires planning and delivering age-appropriate physical education sessions for primary students. You will coordinate with school management to organize inter-house and inter-school sports events.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly physical education lesson plans aligned with school curriculum.
Conduct daily warm-up, skill drills, and cooldown sessions in open playground.
Organize and referee age-group matches in cricket, football, and kabaddi.
Monitor student fitness levels and maintain simple progress records.
Arrange annual sports day activities and inter-house tournaments.
Collaborate with class teachers to integrate physical activity in daily routine.
Prepare students for district-level and state-level competitions.
Ensure playground safety and equipment upkeep with support staff.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with specialization in physical education.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary physical education.
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Experience coaching primary-level cricket or football teams.
Familiarity with Haryana school sports calendar and guidelines.
Preferred Skills
Ability to manage large groups of young children outdoors.
Basic first-aid knowledge and emergency response skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours during sports events and camps.
Perks and Pay
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.17,000 to Rs.40,000 based on experience and qualifications. In-house training programs and sports material support provided. Casual and medical leave as per school policy.
