1. Teach English to students from Class 6 to 10, following the NCERT curriculum.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate technology and promote critical thinking.
3. Utilize online resources and multimedia tools to enhance student engagement.
4. Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and projects.
5. Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement school-wide English language initiatives.
7. Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on technology integration and English language teaching.
8. Participate in school events and activities that promote literacy and language skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in English Literature or Education.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in English, preferably in a school setting.
- Good knowledge of technology and its applications in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Digital literacy and proficiency in online teaching tools.
- Experience with learning management systems, Google Classroom, and smart boards.
- Familiarity with data analytics and its applications in education.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
