Salary
Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Physics curriculum to classes VIII to X as per CBSE guidelines, ensuring concepts are linked to real‑world applications relevant to students in Rewari.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, maintain equipment, and guide students in safe handling of apparatus during practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessment papers that focus on Physics problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Evaluate student performance through periodic tests, quizzes and board examinations, providing constructive feedback to improve understanding of Physics.
- Organize and supervise Physics enrichment activities such as science fairs, model making and inter‑school competitions.
- Mentor students for Physics Olympiads and other state‑level contests, fostering a culture of scientific inquiry within the school.
- Collaborate with the department head and other subject teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that highlight the role of Physics in everyday life.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and laboratory inventories as per school policies.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
- TET/CTET qualification preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven experience teaching Physics in a school setting.
