About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TGT Physics Teacher to join our faculty at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan in Rewari, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students at the secondary and senior secondary levels. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students at the secondary and senior secondary levels, using a range of interactive and engaging methods.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster a love of learning in students and promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in teaching and learning.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing school policies and procedures related to Physics education.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and events that promote a love of Physics and science among students.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or related field (B.Ed/D.El.Ed required).
- TET/CTET preferred but not necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence and student-centered teaching.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary range of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Other benefits may include medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
