Role Summary
This IIT Physics Teacher vacancy in Rohtak calls for an educator who can translate IIT-level concepts into engaging school lessons. Key Responsibilities
Develop rigorous year-long lesson plans aligned with IIT-JEE Physics patterns for Rps International School.
Conduct bi-weekly advanced problem-solving sessions using real IIT past papers and in-house worksheets.
Supervise the school’s Physics Olympiad team, including weekend practice drills and mock tests.
Design and maintain low-cost experimental setups for Mechanics, Optics, and Thermodynamics labs.
Mentor 15–20 students per batch for national Olympiads and KVPY, tracking progress bi-monthly.
Collaborate with Chemistry and Mathematics teachers to integrate cross-disciplinary projects.
Organize quarterly parent-teacher sessions explaining IIT entrance strategies and study plans.
Attend monthly departmental reviews to refine teaching methods based on student feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory for secondary teaching eligibility.
Minimum 3 years of Physics teaching experience, preferably in IIT-JEE or Olympiad coaching.
Familiarity with Haryana school curriculum and CBSE Physics syllabus for Classes 9–12.
