About This Role
Rps International School is expanding its NEET Chemistry department with a senior educator who can shape the curriculum and lead the team. Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver NEET-focused Chemistry lessons aligned with NTA syllabus and Rps International School standards. Create and review question banks, sample papers, and mock tests tailored for competitive exams. Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide targeted interventions for NEET aspirants.
Train junior Chemistry teachers in modern teaching methods and NEET-specific pedagogy. Conduct departmental meetings to discuss student performance and teaching strategies. Ensure lab experiments and demonstrations meet NEET practical requirements and safety norms.
Analyze board exam trends and adjust teaching plans to maximize student outcomes. Collaborate with the academic coordinator to integrate NEET content across classes XI and XII. Maintain records of student attendance, test scores, and remedial sessions.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory for teaching at senior level.
Minimum 3 years of Chemistry teaching experience in a school environment. Preference for candidates with NEET Chemistry Teacher Vacancy in Rohtak exposure or similar competitive exam teaching.
TET/CTET certification will be considered an advantage though not mandatory. Familiarity with Haryana school curriculum and board examination patterns preferred.
