Role Summary
Rps International School, a premier educational institution in Rohtak, Haryana, is seeking a seasoned NEET Physics Teacher to take on a senior-level role within our Physics department. As a key member of our academic team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the learning journey of our students, preparing them for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

What You Will Do
- You will assume ownership of the NEET Physics curriculum, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality instruction and guidance.
- As a mentor, you will support and guide junior staff members, helping them to grow professionally and develop their teaching skills.
- You will work closely with the school administration to design and implement assessment strategies that yield outstanding results in board examinations.
- You will develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
- You will maintain accurate records of student progress, monitoring their performance and providing targeted support where needed.
- You will participate in staff development programs, staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence.
- You will contribute to the planning and execution of extracurricular activities, such as science fairs and competitions, that foster a love of learning among our students.
- You will serve as a role model, demonstrating a passion for teaching and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will require a postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) and a B.Ed. qualification. A minimum of five years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is also essential. While a NET or SET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
