NTT English Teacher Position at Ved Model International School, Kalanaur

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality NTT English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring comprehensive language development.
2. Create and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance vocabulary, grammar, and speaking skills in a structured yet playful environment.
3. Prepare and assess student work, including assignments, quizzes, and projects, to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Collaborate with other teachers to design cross-subject activities that integrate English with other disciplines.
5. Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging participation and respect among students.
6. Attend regular faculty meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on best teaching practices.
7. Assist in organizing cultural events, debates, and literary activities to boost students’ confidence in the English language.
8. Ensure all teaching materials, including textbooks, worksheets, and multimedia resources, are well-organized and accessible.
To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a graduate-level qualification in English. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, prior teaching experience in English, particularly in a NTT (National Teacher Training) context, is highly valued. A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 per month and is based in Rohtak, Haryana.
