About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Geography lesson plans for classes 11 and 12
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Geography education and incorporate relevant resources into your teaching
- Participate in school committees and contribute to decision-making processes
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful academic experience
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Geography or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is also required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET.
