Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver effective English lessons aligned with CBSE syllabus, covering grammar, literature, and communication skills.
2. Prepare interactive classroom activities, including role-plays, debates, and storytelling to enhance student engagement.
3. Assess students’ progress using continuous evaluation methods, ensuring clear feedback and improvement tracking.
4. Collaborate with the English department to refine teaching strategies and integrate global perspectives in lessons.
5. Maintain a supportive learning environment, fostering confidence and creativity in students through positive reinforcement.
6. Organize extracurricular events like poetry recitals, essay competitions, or language workshops to boost linguistic skills.
7. Ensure proper record-keeping of attendance, grades, and student achievements as per school policies.
8. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, including students with special requirements.
To apply, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least four years of teaching experience in English. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
