- Oversee assessment design, moderation and reporting to ensure academic integrity.
- Coordinate inter‑departmental projects that integrate Sanskrit literature with arts and social studies.
- Mentor newly recruited teachers, providing feedback and professional growth pathways.
- Participate in school management meetings, contributing to policy decisions affecting language education.
- Represent the school in external Sanskrit Teacher Recruitment in Haryana events and community outreach.

What you bring
- Post‑graduate qualification in Sanskrit along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
- Minimum three years of successful teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- TET/CTET qualification preferred, demonstrating competence in Indian school standards.
- Proven leadership or department‑head experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills in both Sanskrit and English, enabling effective interaction with students, parents and senior management.
- Ability to design curriculum that balances tradition with modern pedagogical techniques.
