Teach grammar concepts such as parts of speech, sentence structure, and usage with clarity and precision. Develop students’ writing skills through journal entries, essays, and creative writing tasks, encouraging them to express themselves confidently. Organize extracurricular activities like poetry recitals, essay competitions, and language clubs to enhance students’ cultural and linguistic growth.
Collaborate with the English faculty to refine teaching strategies and share best practices for improving student outcomes. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss curriculum updates and pedagogical trends in English education. Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to excel.
Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and student welfare. Prepare and submit lesson plans, evaluation sheets, and progress reports on time to keep parents and administration informed. Act as a mentor to junior teachers or students who may need additional guidance in English.
