7. Provide guidance on mental health awareness, stress management, and ethical conduct to ensure a supportive learning environment.
8. Review and update counseling policies to ensure they meet evolving educational standards and student needs.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree with at least two years of relevant experience in academic counseling or related school administration roles. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred but not mandatory for this role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of school management software will be an asset.
Preferred Skills
A background in education management, counseling psychology, or student affairs is highly valued. Experience in designing and executing counseling programs for schools is a plus.
