What You Will Do

2. Organise annual cultural programs, competitions and workshops for students of all ages.
3. Manage the dance studio schedule, equipment inventory and safety protocols.
4. Conduct auditions, form performance groups and oversee rehearsals.
5. Liaise with parents, local artists and cultural organisations to enhance community involvement.
6. Prepare budgets, maintain records of expenses and report to the school administration.
7. Mentor junior staff and assist in professional development initiatives related to performing arts.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all dance activities.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Dance, Fine Arts or related field with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed preferred. Minimum two years of experience in managing dance programmes. Basic computer skills for documentation and email communication are essential.
