Ramaya World School seeks an NTT Hindi Teacher who will develop strategic curriculum frameworks that align with national standards while fostering creativity in language learning. You will lead the Hindi department’s vision, ensuring high-quality teaching materials, assessment practices, and extracurricular programs that celebrate regional linguistic heritage. Your role will also include overseeing co-curricular activities like cultural festivals, literary clubs, and inter-school competitions—key platforms for nurturing students’ linguistic confidence. You will analyze teaching effectiveness through data-driven insights, propose improvements, and advocate for resources to enhance Hindi instruction. As a leader, you will represent Ramaya World School at regional educational forums, sharing best practices and building partnerships with local institutions. Your presence will also strengthen parent-teacher engagement through workshops and parent-teacher meetings focused on Hindi development. Finally, you will ensure compliance with state education board guidelines while pioneering innovative teaching methods that bridge traditional and modern language pedagogy.
Candidates should hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in Hindi. A strong background in curriculum design, classroom management, and student motivation is essential. Prior leadership experience in departmental coordination or administrative roles within schools will be highly valued. Experience in integrating technology into language teaching or working with diverse learner groups is a plus.
This position offers a dynamic career trajectory at Ramaya World School, with opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles such as Head of Department or Department Coordinator. Your contributions will directly impact students’ academic and cultural growth, setting a lasting legacy in Kangra’s educational landscape. With a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.26,000 per month, this role also includes benefits such as professional development stipends and access to school resources for curriculum enhancement.
