Who You Will Teach
As a PGT Accountancy Teacher at Scholars International School Kangra, you will be teaching students from Class XI to Class XII. Our students come from various socio-economic backgrounds, and you will be expected to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners. You will be teaching Accountancy to students who are preparing for the CBSE board exams, and your goal will be to help them achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a PGT Accountancy Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and delivering lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of your students
* Providing individualized attention to students who require additional support
* Conducting regular assessments to monitor student progress
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
* Providing feedback to students on their performance and progress
* Maintaining accurate records of student assessments and progress
* Participating in staff meetings and professional development programs to enhance your teaching skills
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
* A postgraduate degree in Commerce (Accountancy) or a related field
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Proficiency in teaching Accountancy to students from Class XI to Class XII
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
